Providing for Earth's Health Entails Managing Her Wealth.

Dear Fellow Earthlings,

This year has flown by. All I can really say is that -- in 2022 -- I have been giving my all, trying to save languages, save Earth, and save my own body. Next year I will give priority to developing my land (Reltonia) so that it can become a breeding center for the northern spotted owl... And a haven for Oregon amphibians. This means I must redouble my efforts to eliminate the bullfrogs from Reltonia and to help Oregon's native amphibians have a better go of it on my land...

As for endangered languages, they are falling faster than trees in the Amazon basin!. There seems to be no way to

stop the destruction of Earth's biological diversity -- or its linguistic diversity! I hope to apply for a grant at some university

in the United States in order to pursue studies in language restoration. You see, language preservation is no longer possible -- too many languages are beyond repair. Rather, they must be brought back from near-death and then restored...

The grammars, syntaxes, and sociolinguistic aspects of languages will not be part of my efforts. Rather, I will be working strictly on their phonomes. Naturally, other areas of linguistics and sociology can benefit from my efforts. But I myself will be aiding these related areas only -- as a consultant with the design and construction of "replacement" phonomes, a cutting edge area of architectural linguistics.

As for "my body" (by which I mean my health ), I continue to work on proper nutrition, a healthful lifestyle, and on checking into various new therapies and cures being developed by many scientists -- as well as by a few folks whose scientific expertise might be somewhat deficient...

And with this short message, I close out my blog production until next month: January of 2023.

Very truly yours,

Steve Walker
