If you're a friend of Earth, you're also a friend of mine!

Dear Fellow Earthlings,
The American Conservation Coalition (ACC) is an organization dedicated to finding solutions to Earth's
current means of fossil fuel procurement in the face of increasing evidence that many of our practices in extracting and utilizing fossil fuels is contributing to climate change.
Benji Mackert, who is still in his early 20s, is the head of the ACC. Ever since he was 16 years of age, Benji has been active in trying to network with others, regardless of their political affiliations, in an effort to develop a consensus format that can address the challenges facing us as we seek to understand the optimal ways for using the resources we have for enabling the infrastructure we need for ensuring a good quality of life for everyone..
Benji points out that although we can't "just stop" using fossil fuels at the snap of a finger, we CAN start moving away from using them...
Cases in point are the 1989 and 1990 Ford Probes that I personally drive in Oregon. Those cars use
gasoline, which is definitely a source of pollution. Therefore, I drive my cars very sparingly, making sure that when I drive them, it is to take care of multiple errands during efficient, distance-shaving outings.
Secondly, I am looking into the possibility of having the engines from my cars removed -- and having them replaced with batteries...
In the meantime, I will just make sound recordings of the "HUMS" of my engines so that in the future, when
my Probes run quietly, I will be able to enjoy nostalgic sound bytes of the engine sounds I so very much enjoy.
As for Benji Mackert, anybody who is a friend of Earth is a friend of mine!
