(This is the second installment of a 2-part blog. The first installment was released yesterday.)
Dear Fellow Earthlings, Here are 16 additional ideas, suggestions, and observations for you to consider as you seek to help
save Earth!
17. Make a list of your favorite five movies (or books, or sports, or colors) and write a one-line sentence
for each of them, explaining why you like each one so much. Then share your choices with your friends
and ask for THEIR choices.
18. Recently, when I returned a plastic shipping “envelope” to a delivery service in Japan,
telling them that I thought they could reuse it, they seemed genuinely pleased that I wanted
it to be reused. Never stop letting other people know about ideas or suggestions you might
have for preserving our resources and/or cutting/down on waste and pollution. 19. Find ways for organic trash to be used to feed animals and/or fertilize plants.
20. Negative it may be, but a culture of shame must be constructed to highlight the plight of the African elephant: Possessing ivory is barbaric, old fashioned, and wrong -- and should be classified as a felony.
21. People who truly care about their native language should always hold off teaching a second language to their children until the children are at least 8 years old.
22. "Better late than never" is NOT an option when you are called upon to perform a task in which time is of the essence -- or if someone else's feelings are at stake! 23. We must not become slaves of time -- for it will cut short our lives.
24. Striking a balance between rest and work will both lengthen your life and make it more productive.

25. To learn is wonderful, to forget is natural -- and to relearn is noble!
26. When the spirit is broken, it is hard to keep oneself alive. So keep your spirit and help other living things keep theirs!
27. The sky belongs to all of us and is a portal to the stars!
28.The gateway to the soul is one's ability to feel the souls of others. May each of us develop that ability!
29. With the right knowledge, it is possible to turn a container full of waste plastic into a generator whose power can be stored in adjoined, detachable battery. 30. I was so elated when I bought in-house coffee at a convenience store the other day -- and they allowed me to reuse a paper cup I had received with a purchase of coffee from them a few days earlier. 31. If you allow it to happen, you will become just a component of your smart phone -- and a minor one at that!
32. Although the notion of whether global warming is truly taking place does not have the acceptance of some people, the fact that Earth is becoming more and more crowded with humans appears to be acknowledged by ALL people.
