Our catch phrase is on its way.

Dear Fellow Earthlings,

I have this client who continues to produce excessive thoat vibration. When he speaks Japanese he has a pleasant voice, with what Japanese people generally recognize as a nice, manly degree of resonance coming from his throat when he teaches.

The problem is that when he produces TRAINING MODE English, he produces too much throat vibration! My Jingles instructors have not been successful in curbing his tendency to do this. That’s why I myself taught him today – and will teach him again next time.

Here is how I am going to reduce his throat vibration:

1) First I will have him focus on his secondary synergy gestures s/z/h/y/uw/uR, all of which are characterized by primary abdominal surging.

2) Next I will have him gradually expand the area of his “source energy” so that it will emanate progressively farther from his navel, eventually to be ensconced in an area encompassing the same degree of abdominal placement as that exhibited by native

speakers of English. This will be fostered by the abdominal surging bursts provided by the above mentioned 6 secondary synergy gestures.

3) Once step 2 has become an accomplished fact – within a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks, then his primary synergy (S1) and lower secondary synergy (S2) will come to act synergetically, supporting one another – even as they link into synegetically supportive

relationships with the tongue tip (upper secondary synergy) gestures, tetiary synergy, and quaternary synergy.

After that he will he have no further problems with excessive, un-nativelike throat vibration when he speaks English!
