Dear Fellow Earthlings,

In the previous installment of this blog, I described how one of my clients had suffered from anxiety because his pronunciation was not developing so quickly as he had anticipated. I am happy to report that now “All is well.”

Over a period of 22 days, I worked directly with this client, giving him five Jingles sessions. As a result, not only did his Jingles score reach “90” (defined as the native level of pronunciation expertise), but his applied speaking also reached 90. This is truly amazing. Normally my clients do not reach the 90-level in applied speaking so soon after reaching the 90-level in their ability to pronounce the set of 30 Jingles that constitute the base on which their applied speaking pronunciation level is supported. This particular client reached 90 in the 30 Jingles of “Series A”, “Series B”, and “Series C” during his second of five remedial sessions with me. Two weeks later, in his fifth and final remedial session with me. he attained the 90-level in his applied speaking as well.

From now on, he will be doing only one session her month with me – just to “stay in shape”. It is amazing how excellent results like this can be obtained from the proper timing of proper training!
