Our catch phrase is on its way.

Dear Fellow Earthlings,

Today I was very busy working on my land (Reltonia). I spent several hours reopening the path from Summit House (my house) to “West Pond”, located about 250 meters west of the house – and down a big hill. In many parts of the path, blackberries were trying to take over. So I cut and cut and cut, as you can see in the photographs. It was tough work. When I got to West Pond, I was very sweaty. The water level in West Pond is down by about 50 centimeters because now is the dry season in Oregon. I didn’t see any frogs in the pond, but I know they are there. They have good hearing. So when they heard me approach the pond, they all went to the deeper parts of the pond and hid. Later today I organized the lumber that I had put into my outbuilding yesterday. This time I was all alone as I did the work. But I didn’t get tired at all. I did, however, get very sweaty. So I had myself a nice shower before dinner. By the way, tomorrow I will be flying to my native Illinois to join in the celebration of my father’s 88th birithday on Monday, August 26th.
