Our catch phrase is on its way.
Dear Fellow Earthlings,
Amoebas divide when they reproduce. It seems there is no father or mother, just cell division. And some biologists say that even so-called higher animals do not really need to have fathers or mothers, that they can somehow be genetically programmed to self-replicate.
But Mari and her sweet daughter Minako show how important motherhood is. Mari worries about how best to raise her daughter -- and one day Minako’s kindergarten teacher asked Minako who the very most important person was to her and she said, “My mommy”. When Mari learned about this, she felt very moved and was inspired to do even more as Minako’s mother.
Also, I remember the time when “Loo-zee”, one of my bantam chickens suddenly increased in size by 10 times (Or, so it seemed!) as she attacked a cat that was stalking Loo-zee’s 6 tiny chicks. Normally, Loo-zee would have tried to fly into a tree to escape such a huge cat. However, on that day Loo-zee threw all caution to the winds and protected her babies. She sent that cat slinking away!
How wonderful motherhood is! And remember, Earth is our dear Mother! She will protect us if we defend HER!
